As part of Carrefour Fairs, Carrefour (as data controller) and D-Side SA (as subcontractor) process the personal data of exhibitors and Carrefour employees and franchisees, in accordance with applicable legislation relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at: https://www2.be.carrefour.eu/fr/content/protection-de-la-vie-privee.
Participants are informed that their personal data is processed, solely for the purposes of managing and organizing this show. The personal data that is processed are: origin of the person (Carrefour Hyper, Market & Proximity store - integrated and franchisees - Carrefour headquarters or exhibitor), first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, function (except for franchisees), the day of presence, as well as indirect data. These are processed for statistical purposes for Carrefour. It is a question of knowing, by scanning the QR code, which people have come and which store they belong to and which stores have ordered. The people who actually came will then receive a satisfaction survey. The trends emerging from this survey will also be discussed for the purpose of performance of Carrefour.
As part of these two days, photos and videos will also be taken.
Carrefour will not transmit the personal data of participants to third parties except with the express prior consent of the participant and except to D-Side SA in the context of the organization of this Show.
The organizer will take all necessary precautions to keep this data confidential.
The participant has the right to access the data concerning him and may, if necessary, request its rectification or deletion by contacting support@letsconnect.store.
The organizer keeps the personal data collected for up to one month after the end of the fair.
When the participant registers a colleague, he acknowledges that he has obtained the consent of the persons concerned to provide the information requested at the time of registration.
